Ford Assured was launched in February 2011 at five dealer locations, three in North India and one each in West and South. These dealers have had a long association with Ford India and they have a combined monthly new car sales of over 1800 cars.
Ford Assured aims to provide dealers another business opportunity and works like a separate profit center by helping potential new car buyers in selling their existing cars. Ford Assured gives both the buyer and seller complete peace of mind as they can rest assured that the car is in right hands.

Under Ford Assured, the customers can purchase second hand cars and these cars come with a warranty of either 1 year or 20,000 kms, whichever is earlier. Being the only manufacturer offering warranty on Ford cars and also on other competitive brands like Maruti, Huyndai, TATA and Chevrolet, Ford India has a stringent rules and procedure policy for Ford Assured.
In order to pass the certification criteria, each of these cars is subjected to a stringent 169 point check-list, which the Ford Certified Engineer goes through and only once the car passes this check, the Engineer certifies the car.

All these cars are refurbished at state-of-the-art workshops of Ford Assured dealers. The staff is trained by Ford Academy. Professional Sales Managers, Professional Sales Consultants and Professional Service Managers are some of the training levels that are conducted. Evaluators are trained on the job by the dedicated field team.
