Step 1
We will create a customized update for your vehicle.
When it is ready, we will email you a link to this page within 24 hours to download the file.
Step 2
The download should start automatically after you click "Start Download".
NOTE: Please do not download this file to your USB drive! *
When you wait for a file to download to your computer's hard drive, insert a blank USB flash drive into the computer's USB port.
For installation, you need a FAT32 format USB drive holds 8GB or more.
Step 3
When download is complete, you will need to unzip the download package.

After the package is unzipped, you will need to transfer the software update files from your computer to a USB drive and then to your vehicle.
For additional information, select your SYNC® version HERE and then search under "Software Updates".
When you’ve finished installing the update into your vehicle, don’t forget to report it.
