Ex-Gratia Scheme announced by the Govt. of India

 

To read the scheme announced by the Government of India (GoI), Ministry of Finance (vide no. F. No.2/12/2020 – BOA.I dated 23rd October, 2020), for grant of ex-gratia payment of difference between compound interest and simple interest for six months i.e. 1.3.2020 to 31.8.2020, to the eligible borrowers in specified loan accounts, click here

In case of any complaints, please feel free to raise it through our Grievance Redressal mechanism. Following channels are available for raising your queries/complaints regarding relief extended under scheme for grant of Ex-gratia payment of difference between compound interest and simple interest:

In case of non-resolution of grievances within seven days, customers may escalate their grievance to our Grievance Redressal Officer(s):

If the complaint is not redressed by the Grievance Redressal Officer within the period of 30 days, he may further escalate to the Officer-in-Charge at the Chennai Office of the Reserve Bank of India:
