School Contact Program

School Contact Program:

 

Ford India Pvt. Ltd. ("Ford") is conducting a School Contact Program across 550 schools in India. Ford will connect with Participants (defined below) and handover the Safety Report Card. The Participants will fill in the details and rate their parent/ guardian in the Card and drop the same in the drop boxes in their schools as provided under this Program. Ford will select 10 Cards out of the total number of filled and signed Cards received by Ford on the basis of a Lucky Draw. The decision of Ford will be final and binding and no requests for re-draw will be entertained. The 10 winner Participants of the lucky draw will get Mustang toy car (scale model) through courier. The winners of the lucky draw will be notified by October 30, 2017 by a phone call or prize notification e-mail. Ford reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.

 

Participant (s):

The participants are the students of Class II to VI from 550 schools identified by or on behalf of Ford. Entrants must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Program.

 

Entry Period:

The Program will start on July 24, 2017 and end on October 24, 2017

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

The following terms and conditions will apply to the Program. The participation in the Program will be construed as an acknowledgement and acceptance of Terms and Conditions as stipulated herein below. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the Terms and Conditions herein will result in immediate disqualification without notice.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: As a condition of entry, the Participant gives Ford, the right to use, reuse or edit the data etc. from the Card and use it further in the campaigns, advertise or study.

  1. Ford can cancel, terminate, postpone, modify or suspend the Program as it deems necessary.
  2. The family members of the Ford, its agents, distributors, dealers and their immediate families will not be entitled to take part in the Program.
  3. By taking part in the Program, the Participant consent to share their details with Ford. The Participant hereby grants the rights to Ford, its subsidiaries/agency partners to use any data or the content created thereby. Further, the Participant acknowledges and allows that such details can be shared by Ford with its business affiliates for Program or for any other purposes.
  4. Fords reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason thereof and the decision will be final and binding upon the Participants. Any decisions taken in this regard are not subject to any dispute or challenge. No correspondence will be entertained with regard to this process.
  5. Ford is authorized to remove any entry that it does not see fit in the spirit of the Program. Any irrelevant, spam, or otherwise improper submission can be taken off without warning or/and explanation.
  6. The Participants agree that they will participate honestly in the Program.  
  7. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Program is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
  8. No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Program.
  9. Ford may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its affiliates without consent of the Participant.
  10. Participant will agree that he/she will adhere to the online laws applicable in India and will take responsibility for any breach from his/ her part.
  11. Ford or any employee or agent or affiliate of Ford will NOT be liable for any costs incurred or loss or liability suffered by the Participants in relation to the Program or any lost expectation by Participant.
  12. The Participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Ford harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Ford due to breach of any Terms and Conditions contained herein by the Participant or otherwise.
  13. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by Ford any time to deal with any unforeseen situation(s).
  14. Ford also reserves the absolute right to change the Terms and Conditions contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Program at any time without any notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to refer to such other Terms and Conditions, if any, which may be displayed on-line or intimated separately as Ford considers fit. However, no obligation is cast on Ford to separately intimate each individual Participant with regard to such additional Terms and Conditions.
  15. Ford also reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue with the Program at any stage without any liability whatsoever to the Participant and, or, anyone.    
  16. The Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the Program and, or, pertaining to the rules and regulations and, or, the Terms and Conditions will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended. The arbitral tribunal will consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Ford. The venue of arbitration will be Chennai and the language of the arbitration will be English.
