[1]  The stories shared is deemed unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions including any modifications there to (“Terms and Conditions”). The participant further agrees that these Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time without any prior/public notice by posting the applicable terms and conditions on the participation page.

[2]  Ford India may, at any time, verify or authorize verification of the participant’s story (including such participant’s identity, age, place of residence and affiliations).

[3]  By submitting a story, the participant gives consent to share his/her personal details with Ford India. The participant hereby grants the rights to Ford India or any Ford India affiliates within or outside India (including any third party service providers that Ford India may engage) to collect, use, process and transfer his/her Personal Information or any material/ content created by any participant during all participant activities, including videos, images etc. The participant acknowledges and allows that such details or any material/ content created by any participant can be shared by Ford India with its business affiliates for any other participant promotion or for any other purposes.
