Ford India has revealed official photos and some interesting features of the EcoSport production version. The EcoSport is expected to hit the Indian market in the second half of 2012 and may be priced in the range of Rs. 7 lakh – Rs. 9 lakh.

Ford, a multinational American automaker revealed its concept version of much awaited EcoSport just a day before the beginning of 2012 Auto Expo. This small sport utility vehicle was later introduced at the aforementioned auto expo before heading on the tour of entire nation.

Ford has displayed the production version of the EcoSport SUV at the Shanghai Motor Show. The production version is very similar to the concept displayed at the Auto Expo in Delhi in January this year. The headlamps have changed to conventional bulb and reflector units, but everything else remains similar, giving it the right amount of aggression for the kind of vehicle it is.
