Our work

EPEO provides software products and end-to-end employee technology services for all of Ford’s automotive segments, including Ford Blue (traditional vehicles and manufacturing), FordPro (commercial), EVDD (electric vehicles), Ford Credit and any other subsidiaries around the world.

The global operation has over 2,500 engineering professionals working in more than 200 product and platform teams, enabling Ford to accelerate its software digital transformation.

The Ford collaboration transformation supports the new hybrid-model for Ford employees. We provide IT services for the company’s global operations, data centres, enterprise platforms, cloud engineering, enterprise security and infrastructure.

We also support over 700 corporate office locations and more than 150 plants in 125 countries for around 200,000 Ford employees as well as customer purchases of 1.8 million vehicles each year.

Our team

EPEO is a team that ensures the smooth delivery of capabilities along with ensuring the protection of Ford Motor Company.

Our team is responsible for delivering intelligent infrastructure that has been designed to support Ford’s cloud strategy and best in class Enterprise Data Centres.

In addition, the team has an advanced infrastructure group that demonstrates the innovation of emerging technologies like Edge computing, 5G, Internet of Things (IOT) and AI/ML.
