Our work

Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (iERP) solutions help provide an integrated and continuously updated view of the core business processes that we use to operate Ford Motor Company.

Ford Motor Company is in the process of implementing an integrated iERP solution, leveraging SAP as the foundational technical platform. First steps are focused on modernizing our core finance and procurement capabilities to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and increase agility in response to business changes.

The result will be a next generation portfolio of electronic tools that streamline and integrate key finance and procurement processes, and that provides a technical platform to support extension to other domains. This will simplify and change the way we work, will provide enhanced business insights and decision support capability by tying together dependent data and processes that were previously not integrated, will allow us to accelerate change as we align our processes internally as well as with industry standards, and will result in the retirement of over 200 legacy applications.

Our team

The iERP team is a cross-functional team built to drive the delivery and implementation of Ford’s iERP solutions. We have positions that span a wide variety of technical and functional skillsets, utilizing a delivery methodology that leverages agile practices.

Our software engineers, designers, architects, product managers, and technical/functional subject matter experts all contribute toward the accelerated delivery of our iERP solution and the establishment of the SAP platform foundation.
