One of them is the Google cloud platform which is used for custom development, Data, Analytics and Al platforms. The other is the Salesforce platform that's responsible to drive all the digital experiences for our customers. Having a trusted tech stack has not only ensured agility but also a modern platform that can keep up with the everchanging business.

In the last 12 to 18 months, we've witnessed a varied set of skills and expertise brought in by more than 70% of our members. Their diverse backgrounds give us new perspectives to the problems we set to solve every day. The Global Incident Management team and observability team are critical for our growth. Around 70% of Data Engineering work and more than 100 highly skilled technical software engineers from India are selected. More than 30% of global Ford Tech Pro's digital products hail from India and we expect this to grow tenfold in the coming future.
