During my 5-year tenure with the company, I have worked on diverse projects across different domains like business analysis, data analysis, application management, application launches, etc. The best thing about working at Ford is that you can always walk into the Manufacturing Plant floor to see how your work has come to life. Working and interacting with people always excite me; Ford has helped me achieve this through amazing travel opportunities and learning experiences across the globe. I work with people across various markets like India, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, North America, and Europe and have had the opportunity to travel to many of Ford’s Plants across the globe.

Apart from the regular projects, one can always choose to participate in organisational initiatives like hackathons, innovation challenges, sports and recreation. To me, Ford is an organisation which values people over processes.
