My Ford journey began in 2006 when I joined the organisation as a Zone Sales Manager. I am glad the company offered me several stints across multiple regions and departments, including Delhi and Shanghai. Currently, I am part of the Global Sales Planning Team.
I look after the organisation’s sales planning, mapping industry growth trends and watching competitor actions. The usage of Robotic Process Automation and Big Data tools keeps me updated and current in terms of technology.
Ford helps me celebrate my love for numbers and data; giving me enough opportunities to explore my passion through work. In addition, I have amazing work-life balance. I love travelling around the globe and my job has taken me to several parts of the world along with my 18-month old baby.
