I joined Ford immediately after graduating from the Indian Institute of Management, specialising in IT Systems & Marketing under the IT Leadership Program. The organisation gives me exposure to diverse areas through frequent job rotations. I had the opportunity for an international assignment very early in my career at Ford which proved very beneficial for my career.

I have also led the ‘Sports & Recreation’ Club for the company which coordinates various events like Ford Cricket League and promotes the in-house dance group, F-steppers.

These opportunities at Ford keep me interested not just in work, but in life as well.
