PATHANKOT, PUNJAB, April 09, 2015 – Committed to elevating the brand and ownership experience, Ford India today expanded its sales and service facility in Pathankhot with the opening of a 3S facility of Bhagat Ford.

Previously adjacent to Raavi Hospital, Pathankot Dalhousie Road, Mamoon, Pathankot, the new 3S facility of Bhagat Ford will move to Bridge No – 7, Near Bimco Indian oil petrol pump, Jammu national highway, Sujanpur, Pathankot. With this, Bhagat Ford facility in the city will witness an expansion in total area and will now spread across 46,956 square feet.

The new facility was inaugurated by Raj Sarkar, Vice President Marketing, Ford India along with Har Naresh Singh, Dealer Principal, Bhagat Ford.

“Enhancing the customer ownership experience is an intensive and continuous process, and a strategic imperative for Ford India. Continuing to improve our existing facilities to world-class standards is a part of this initiative,” said Raj Sarkar. “In line with our new vehicle introductions planned over the next 12 to 18 months, we are continuing to invest in our sales and service facilities to welcome many more customers to join the Ford family.”

The new and expanded Bhagat Ford 3S facility will follow Ford’s Brand@Retail guidelines to deliver a truly world class and positive purchase experience. Providing enhanced convinience to customers across the region, the new facility will now be equipped with 38 service bays to provide a hassle-free experience.

With the expansion, Ford’s superior services, long-lasting scheduled maintenance parts and unique service packages including ‘Happy Pocket Service’ will be made available to even more customers in the region. Designed to redefine the ownership experience by offering customers extremely competitive and highly transparent ‘fixed’ pricing of just Rs. 2,199, Ford ‘Happy Pocket Service’ is among the price leaders for scheduled service and will offer incredible value for money and peace of mind to customers.

In addition, Ford continues to offer several customer focused initiatives such as parts at sub assembly levels for repairs, pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and Quick Lane.
