Ford Goes Further in North East; Inaugurates Its First Sales and Service Facility In Aizawl, Mizoram

Aizawl, India, April 09, 2015 – Committed to elevate the brand and ownership experience, Ford India augmented its sales and service network in North East with the debut of MS Ford in Aizawl, Mizoram.

While the sales outlet is located at Chanmary West, Sairang Road, Aizawl, Mizoram the service facility is at Hunhar Veng, Aizawl, Mizoram. Ford’s new facilities were inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister of Mizoram, Mr. Lal Thanhawla and Director of Office of General Counsel at Ford India, Dr. Daniella Saltz along with Malsawmtluanga Ralte, Dealer Principal, MS Ford.

“One of our key priorities is to make Ford brand even more accessible to customers across India,” said Dr Daniella Saltz, Director, Office of General Counsel, Ford India. “In line with the vehicle introduction planned over the next 12 to 18 months, we are growing closer to customers with an equally aggressive expansion in our sales and service network and happy to debut in Mizoram.”

The new MS Ford sales outlet and after sales facility is spread over 19500 square feet and adhere to Ford’s Brand@Retail guidelines to deliver a truly world class and positive purchase experience.

To provide a hassle-free and convenient service experience to customers in and around the region, the new service facility from MS Ford will be equipped with 8 service bays.

Besides the network expansion in Mizoram, Ford’s superior engineering with long-lasting schedule maintenance and unique service offering including ‘Happy Pocket Service’ will be on offer to enhance the ownership experience of customers. Designed to redefine ownership experience with its competitive and highly transparent ‘fixed’ pricing of just Rs. 2,199, Ford ‘Happy Pocket Service’ is a leader for scheduled service and offers customers in Mizoram incredible value for money and peace of mind.
