    The health and safety of the workforce, dealers, customers, supplier partners and communities is our highest priority and we are continuing to act in real-time to help limit the spread of the novel coronavirus in communities where we live and work.

    Please be assured that our dealerships, in cities where local government/administration had not announced a lockdown until recently, supported customers while following strict safety guidelines such as:

    • Best hygiene practices: All members of staff are following best practices of hygiene, like regular washing of hands & usage of hand sanitizers.
    • Sanitization of vehicles: All test-drive vehicles are sanitized after every demo or test drive. All delivery vehicles are sanitized before the delivery.
    • Sanitization of facilities: All our facilities are equipped with hand sanitizers and frequently cleaned using chemicals that neutralize viruses and other contagions
    • Ghar Baithe Service: All Ford owners are being urged to use Pick-up & Drop by our staff observing proper hygiene and to pay online for their scheduled service – in line with local law and order guidelines
    • Use of technology to stay in touch: Dealers or service center staff are educated to use technology to constantly remain in touch with customers.

    • A three-month extension in warranty on all vehicles where factory-warranty or extended warranty is due to expire between March 15 and May 30, 2020. Such customers can avail all warranty benefits until June 30, 2020
    • Three-month extension in availing all scheduled service benefits, including free service, to June 30, 2020, without impacting either factory-warranty or extended warranty
    • Free of cost Roadside Assistance facility for all Ford owners, including those customers who haven’t subscribed to the facility and irrespective of the age of their vehicle
    • A three-month extension in buying extended warranty products for all vehicles where factory-warranty will expire in March or April. Customers planning to buy extended warranty in April or May, can do so by June 30, 2020
