Starting at just Rs. 2,199* - the Happy Pockets Service (HPS) is a first-of-its-kind initiative in India, offering an affordable, quality, hassle-free servicing experience. This is yet another initiative by Ford to live up to its promise of an economical Cost of Ownership and supreme Quality.

The HPS package offers an extremely economical servicing experience that does not compromise on quality. It includes:
1. Replacement of components like:
- Engine oil
High grade semi-synthetic Ford approved engine oil for optimum engine performance and fuel economy. - Engine oil filter
specially designed filter element removes dirt, carbon and metal particles from the oil. - Sump plug gasket
Prevents oil leakage.
2. Car Body wash
3. Labour charges - Price is inclusive of labor charges
4. Vehicle report card - Vital commodity health status

Services vary basis kilometers & age of the car so except for the above mentioned service offering in HPS the other services as per the periodic maintenance schedule recommended in the owner’s manual come at an additional but competitive cost.

Other services as per owner’s manual are also available, depending on the age/kilometers travelled by the car. Customers are recommended to service their car as per the OM recommendation for optimum performance of their vehicle & to keep their warranty intact.

Ford is always striving to provide customers with offerings that lower cost of ownership and enhance driving experience. To this end we have:
- Designed cars that require lesser servicing. For example, the Ford EcoSport comes equipped with Fit for Life Transmission oil, No replacement of Coolant & Drive belts up to 1,00,000 kms etc.
- Ford vehicles have a comparatively low frequency of service schedule i.e. 10,000km / 12 months, making our vehicles cheaper to maintain.
- Increased localized content in service parts and components increases easy availability of parts and substantial saving for the customer due to the absence of import taxes and the lower cost of local production.
- Engine oil and fluids as well as filters, in Ford models are designed and tested for extreme durability and reduced frequency of replacement.
