SYNC® SUPPORT
How to speak to SYNC®
- Press the Voice button
- SYNC® will say, “Please say a command.” When you hear the single tone, say a command in the direction of the microphone.
- SYNC® will confirm the command or ask you to say another one.
Tips:
- SYNC® can only hear you when it’s in Listening mode, after you have pressed the Voice button and SYNC® has finished speaking.
- Don’t speak while SYNC® is speaking, is it will not be able to hear you.
- Try to reduce background noise while speaking to make sure SYNC® hears the command correctly
