What Is Service Price Challenge
 

• Customers can take print-out of their Service cost from www.fordservicepricepromise.com
• If the price charged by the dealer for their Scheduled Service exceeds what’s in the print-out – 100% of the Service cost will be refunded – including labor and parts.
• The Service Price Challenge covers only Scheduled Service, Your Service Advisor will provide explanation of service & take customer concurrence for other elements identified for service / repair.
